CHARACTERISTICS
Multi Green Plus 1.0 is a superlight polyester putty of the latest generation.

-Perfect sanding already from grain P150
-Highly surface dry
-Up to 30% higher cutting colume compared to other putties
-Adhesion to galvanized sheet steel

-Adhesion to wood
-Adhesion to polyester laminates

APPLICATION
For filling deep uneven areas and dents on motor vehicles panels in cars, trucks
and railway carriages. Applicable as filling and fine putty.

MATERIAL DATA
- Delivery viscosity at 20°C: paste-like
- VOC - content: 2004/42/IIB (b) (250) < 220g/l
- Colour: green

HANDLING
BASE:
The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Good adhesion is achieved on all
coarsely sanded surfaces.


DOSAGE:
Addition of 2-3% by weight BPO hardener paste 1.0
An overdosing of the hardener paste must be avoided. Bleeding through and
colour changes in the topcoat system may occur.


POT LIFE:
Multi Green Plus 1.0 Super light: At 20°C ambient temperature, 3-4 minutes


REACTION TEMPERATURE:
At least +5°C


APPLICATION:
Spread on with spatula


DRYING TIME:
Air drying at +20°C ambient temperature, 12 minutes


SANDING:
Following the specified drying time.


As filling putty
First sanding - dry with P120 – P240
Re-sanding – dry with P240 – P320


As fine putty
First sanding – dry with P150 – P240
Re-sanding – dry with P240 – P320

REWORKING:
The Multi Green Plus 1.0 Super light can be worked over with the following CS
products:
- Elastic green, Elastic weiss, Elastic beige, or with all common 2K Acrylic fillers
available on the market.


STORAGE:
Approx. 6 – 8 months at 18 – 20°C in closed original container.
